Tova Reddick-Starkel is an accomplished healthcare executive with over 15 years of progressive leadership experience across clinical operations, administration, and strategic transformation. Known for her ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver sustainable results, Tova has held senior roles including Acting Director of a regional Clinical Contact Center, Associate Director/Chief Operating Officer, and Chief of Health Administration Service.
Tova’s leadership philosophy centers on collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and empowering teams to build high-reliability organizations. She has led enterprise-wide change initiatives, implemented system-level improvements, and optimized access to care and operational performance across complex healthcare environments.
